"All really nice - lovely staff, modern room with comfortable bed. Only strange thing was with the shower. There’s a huge waterfall shower head, however it’s too much water for the drain, so was spilling out of the shower and had to put towels down to stop it going onto the carpet. I had noticed the water damage to the carpet the night before and had wondered how that happened. Otherwise all really great, and highly recommended "

"Nice place to stay. Others and myself stayed for ‘schoolies’. Really enjoyed the place. The rooms are extremely spacious as well. Additionally, from the like 40 or so different hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the only one with steak knives as well as butter knives which I prefer for eating."

"Good value mid week stay for business. It's located away from shops & restaurants etc. Closest being 5 mins away in a car. But helps with it being quiet. Outlook is nice over golf course and lake/wetland. Some new development going on nearby, but it wasn't a disturbance."

"We spent about 2 weeks at BreakFree Alexandra Headland. The most disappointing point was when I booked it said there was a banquet room. Turns out there is no food or drink available on site at all. I wish we knew that before booking as that was one of the main reasons we booked. On the last night, our key cards just stopped working. We were out with friends and returned at about 1am. No way of getting inside. We had to call security which took another 30 minutes to get inside. All that being...
